You do not have to explain your whole life or arrive with the right question. Bring one thing that got to you this week. A decision, a relationship, a pressure you cannot quite set down, or the sense that something is off even when everything looks fine.

Fifteen minutes, written. You write, it asks, one question at a time. It stays with the moment longer than you would on your own, and then helps you turn toward what is happening in your body.

You will not fix anything in fifteen minutes. You will probably see it more clearly.

What to expect.

Written, not voice.
About 10 to 20 minutes, though you can stay longer.
One question or reflection at a time.

It may invite you to notice sensation, to recognize a part of you that stepped forward, or to sense what that part is trying to protect. You can stop at any time.

What this is.

This is an AI-guided experience shaped by Chad Herst’s teaching and coaching method. It is a way to experience a small piece of Mind/Body Foundations before deciding whether you want the book, the program, or a conversation.

It is not Chad, one-on-one coaching, psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis support. Your entries are sent to an AI service so the companion can respond. Before the reflection begins, the app explains what information is recorded and asks for your acknowledgment.
