A 30-minute conversation. No pitch, no script.
For most of it, we’ll just do the work. We’ll ask what has you reaching out. Not your goals. Whatever is going on right now, the thing that made you start looking.
At some point we’ll ask you to set the story down for a minute and notice how your body is responding while you tell it. The chest, the throat, the belly. Where it lives, what it feels like there.
This is the same thing we do in sessions. There’s no separate version for a first call.
Some people notice something change in those 30 minutes. The breath slows. The tightness eases a little. Some don’t, and that’s information too. Either way, you’ll know what it’s like to sit with us, and that’s a better basis for a decision than anything we could tell you about the work.
Near the end, we’ll talk about whether to keep going. If we think we’re a fit, we’ll say so. If we don’t, we’ll say that too, and point you toward something that might serve you better.
You don’t have to decide anything on the call. You don’t need to prepare. Whatever is bringing you in, that’s where we’ll start.
